Delivery & Returns


You’re here to find out about returning something so we’d like to take the opportunity to ask you to think really carefully about what else you could do with it. Did you know that in the UK every year, 5 billion pounds of waste is generated through returns, contributing 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide to our atmosphere. And that's not counting the returns that are incinerated. You could think about doing something small but important by donating it to Smart Works - an incredible charity who will gift your piece to someone who really needs it more than we do. Deliveries: We have to charge our Members for deliveries and the cost will be confirmed as you go through the checkout process. Costs may vary depending on the sale and the type of item you’re buying. Our standard delivery time is 14 working days and we will always try to get your items to you as soon as we can. Sometimes we will run two sale collections at the same time - when this happens you will pay delivery for each order from each collection. The delivery price will be marked clearly in each product description.

International Deliveries: If you would like to buy something from us and you live outside the UK then please email us at We will then let you know the cost depending on where you are in the world. If an order is not delivered due to a customer not paying customs duty we cannot take responsibility for this. 

Returns Policy:  We operate with very low stock levels in short sales events. So our returns policy is designed to be simple and is a bit different from some other retailers. We’d ask you to please consider this before buying and try to avoid returning items. Returning items that are damaged, defective or incorrect: if your item is faulty or not as described, then of course we’ll be happy to give you a refund once you have returned the item to us. You will need to contact us within 30 days of you receiving the product for us to process your return. Please email us at to process.

Cancellation: If you choose to return your item because you’ve just decided it’s not right for you then you’ll have to pay for the return postage. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods for us to be able to process your return.

Or if you'd like to donate it to Smart Works then we will organise for it to be delivered directly to the Charity.

Returning Your Goods: Your item will need to be in the same condition that you bought it, with the labels attached and in its original packaging with your Finders Keepers Order number as reference.

We are happy to accept returns on under-pants and knickers but only providing they have not been worn and meet our health and hygiene standards. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns on underwear that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards. We ask you to please try on our knickers over the top of your underwear, and to avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents. As this could cause the item to be non-returnable.

You will need to send back the goods at your own cost, within 14 days from the day you contacted us to cancel the order.

Once we have your items and we’re happy that the goods have been returned in the same condition as they were sent out to you and haven't suffered any unnecessary damage, we’ll send you a confirmation email and refund you within 14 days, minus the original postage and packaging costs.
