If you have an existing ring that fits the finger you want to wear your new ring on, then it can be best to simply measure the inner diameter (all the way across the middle) in mm's of that ring.
If that is not possible, we suggest you measure your finger circumference with a piece of string, marking the points at the back of the finger where the string meets. Then you measure the length of string in mm's against a ruler.
Don't measure your fingers at the end of the day - try to measure your finger first thing the morning to get the most accurate sizing.
